What to do if you change your phone or number?
This takes you through what to do if you have changed your phone or have a new phone number and you need to add your card to your new phone wallet.
1. If you have changed your phone and the number has stayed the same, all you would need to do is download the Auth0 Guardian app to your phone (for multifactor authentication - MFA).

2. Next, contact your Admin user as they can reset your MFA by logging into the Numarqe platform -> Clicking the Users feature tab -> Select the user -> Click reset MFA
3. Log in to www.numarqe.app and retrieve your card details: Click on the Cards section -> Select your card -> Click View Card -> then add the card to your phone wallet.
If you have an entirely new phone number, your Admin user can follow the same process above to change your phone number. They will then need to go to the cards section, select your card and change the associated phone number in the card details section.
