What do I do if I lose my card?

Here we explain what to do when you lose your physical card

You can freeze your card immediately by logging into the platform -> going into the Cards section -> selecting your card -> Manage -> Freeze.

If you are unable to get to a computer or use your phone, then you can alert your Admin or your Customer Relationship Manager who can instantly freeze your card for you.
