My card will expire soon

The expiring card will continue working until the last day of the expiry month shown on the card.

We will reach out to you through both the platform and email, notifying you 30-60 days before your card's expiry date. In the event that you do not confirm on the platform, a new card will automatically be ordered to the address on file one month prior to the expiry. As long as the address is accurate, the new card will arrive before the old one expires.

Dispatching may take 1-14 days, but you can contact your account manager if you have any questions. 

For virtual cards, nothing needs to be done. You may need to update your subscriptions with the new expiry date and cvv number.
