How do I freeze / defrost / deactivate cards?

Simply go to the Cards page, select the card you want to freeze/deactivate etc, then using the Manage drop-down in the top right of the screen you can freeze/deactivate the card. If the card is frozen it will automatically stop any transactions and subscriptions for it. 

To defrost a card, again just click on the card you want to defrost and you will see an info window with a button instructing ‘Defrost’. Once the card is defrosted it then allows the cardholder to make payments within their pre-set credit limit.
